Are you returning goods for REFUND or EXCHANGE?

Step 1 - Log Your REFUND or EXCHANGE (Letting Us Know)

  • Logging your return oir exchange helps our team manage your request in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Failing to do so may delay your refund or exchange.
  • It also gives us a better chance of holding a pair aside for you when exchanging

Step 2 - Book Your REFUND or EXCHANGE (Getting The Items Back To Us)

  • Republic of Ireland Customers can book your FREE RETURNS with An Post. Follow the steps to arrange a Collection From Your Hoime or Drop Off at Post Office
  • Northern Ireland Customers can book a return with DPD - please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@vaughanshoes.ie for further assistance

Make Sure Your Return Is Accepted

Every year millions of items are destroyed worldwide because they are returned in poor condition. 

To help us reduce this we ask that you take care when trying on your new shoes. We want to reduce waste and our impact on the environment.

Below are some tips to help avoid your return being rejected!

Speed Up Your Returns! Log Your Return Before Shipping Your Order Back To Us!

You can now register your return with us before you send it so we can process your return even faster!

  1. Visit: www.vaughanshoes.ie/returns
  2. Enter your email address you ordered under
  3. Enter your order number (VS number, e.g VS12345)
  4. Select the items you want to return
  5. Change the quantity of the item(s) you want to return to match the quantity you're sending back (usually 1)
  6. Click 'Return the Selected Items'
  7. This will register your intention to return on our system
  8. You can then return the items to us - we recommend using the method below
  9. Once we receive your returned items and we've inspected them we will approve the return and you will be refunded

* This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, further details of which are available from the Citizens Advice Bureau.
