How To Return My Order

Returning Your Online Order

At Vaughan Shoes we want to make your online experience as easy and enjoyable as purchasing goods in any of our stores.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on goods purchased online, and returned within 14 days of purchase*

*Goods must be in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. If you do not have the original packaging please use another bag that will protect the box during transit. We will not accept a return that does not have the original box, and is not is resaleable condition. If you return a box that has been damaged we may deduct €5 from your refund.

Speed Up Your Returns! Log Your Return Before Shipping Your Order Back To Us!

You can now register your return with us before you send it so we can process your return even faster!

  1. Visit:
  2. Enter your email address you ordered under
  3. Enter your order number (VS number, e.g VS12345)
  4. Select the items you want to return
  5. Change the quantity of the item(s) you want to return to match the quantity you're sending back (usually 1)
  6. Click 'Return the Selected Items'
  7. This will register your intention to return on our system
  8. You can then return the items to us - we recommend using the method below
  9. Once we receive your returned items and we've inspected them we will approve the return and you will be refunded

Republic of Ireland Customers - Please use An Post Click & Post

At Vaughan Shoes we are all about making it easier for you to shop online. And we know sometimes the shoe simply does not fit.

So we’ve made the returns process even easier!  You can now book a home collection with An Post, or drop your package to your local Post Office!

  • Step 1: Click on this link: An Post Click & PostPlease note this service is only available in the Republic of Ireland. 
  • Step 2: Select  Vaughan Shoes from the list of retailers (we're near the bottom alphabetically). Select your reason for returning the item on the second drop down list. Type in your order number for reference (this is your VS number e.g VS12345). Select Continue.
  • Step 3: Select your method of return. You can Bring your return to a drop-off location, or you can select a date for Home Collection.  Select Continue.
  • Step 4: Fill in your details and tick the box if you accept the An Post terms & conditions.
  • Step 5:  Complete and Pay the An Post fee of €4.95 (Drop to Post Office) or €6 (Home Pick Up).
  • Step 6: Either bring your package to your local Post Office, or wait for your local An Post driver to collect your package.

If you don’t have a printer don’t worry! 

For Home Collection your An Post driver will bring the label!

If you're dropping the package to your local Post Office bring your unique code and they will print the label for you!


Vaughan Shoes accept no responsibility for any payment or transaction issues with An Post. Click and Post is an An Post service, totally seperate from Vaughan Shoes.

Northern Ireland Returns

Northern Ireland Customers - Please use DPD Pick Up Points

You can now return your order via the DPD Pick Up Service!

Simply select Vaughan Shoes from the list of retailers, follow the steps below and print off your label. Then drop your shoes to your nearest DPD Pick Up Point - it's that easy! If you have any questions just ask by using the Chat button in the bottom left hand corner.

  • Step 1: Click on this link You will need a printer to use this service.
  • Step 2: Use the Pick Up Point Finder to find the nearest or most convenient pick up point for you.
  • Step 3: Click on the Returns box once you've found the best Pick Up Point for you, and continue as a Guest.
  • Step 4: Scroll down to Vaughan Shoes on the first drop down list and select. Type in your order reference number into the next box. This will begin with VS and was sent to you in your order confirmation email. Select your reason for returning the item on the third drop down list. Select Next.
  • Step 5: Select the parcel size details (Typically shoe boxes fall under the Small Category, unless you have multiple items in your order, or heavier boots).  Select Next.
  • Step 6: Tick the box if you accept the DPD terms & conditions
  • Step 7:  Complete your details and Pay.

Enclosed within your order you will find a Returns Form. Please select the Reason for the return and the Action you would like us to take from the tables presented. In the case of damaged or faulty goods, please give the details of the exact nature of the damage or fault in the box provided.

Ensure to send your parcel via a secure delivery method. Our preferred method is with An Post Click & Post.

Please allow 7- 10 days for your return to be actioned.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights. On receipt of the parcel we will begin to process your returns upon inspection of the items. Goods must be in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. If you do not have the original packaging please use another bag that will protect the box during transit. We will not accept a return that does not have the original box, and is not is resaleable condition. If you return a box that has been damaged we may deduct €5 from your refund.

Please Note: 

In the days after a sale e.g. Black Friday, Mid Season sales and seasonal sales we experience a larger than usual number of returns. Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be processed during this time.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, or for any payment issues with the An Post service. This is a third party service seperate to Vaughan Shoes.

Complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and take to any till point in-store where we will process your return upon inspection of the items. You can return goods to any of our branches in Ballinrobe, Claremorris or Castlebar. Get details of our store locations here.

Please note: We will refund you using the same method of payment as used originally i.e. through PayPal or directly to the card used through our online system. Refunds will not be issued in store.

We are happy to exchange a product for the same product but in a different size, if available, pending the product being returned is new, unused and in unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging i.e. (in its original box).  If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user.

Please note: It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser should we suspect that any product has been used or worn.
